Heath Cozens

Director, Productions

Heath Cozens, our Director of Productions, brings a wealth of award-winning experience, cross-cultural fluency, and a participant-forward approach to every project.

 

Heath’s filmmaking journey began in his native New Zealand, where he produced short films and worked in local television and commercial production. Charting a course through Malaysia, Japan, and finally, the US, he has produced radio, news, documentaries, and commercials, collaborated with international news broadcasters like Al Jazeera and Bloomberg, and created branded content for leading companies such as Google, Nike, and Levi’s.

 

Heath’s feature-length documentary work has explored themes of bilingualism, expat identity, international child custody, and disabled self-actualization, earning recognition from The Economist, VICE, BBC, and other major media outlets. At Fluent Productions, his mission is to craft engaging films that transcend boundaries, illuminate the nuanced, and resonate with both heart and mind.

Paige Frankovich

Producer

As a producer for Fluent Productions, Paige is responsible for coordinating filming details, assistant editing, and working with documentary participants.

 

Before joining Fluent, Paige worked in non-scripted entertainment, casting multiple shows on major networks and collaborating with participants nationwide. She has also served as a youth program associate for the Rhode Island International Film Festival, and as the coordinating producer for WSIU, a PBS affiliate in Southern Illinois, where she organized and scheduled the game show “Scholastic Hi-Q.”

 

Paige is dedicated to creating films that inspire change, introduce new ideas, and bring joy to others. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Cinema & Photography, with a concentration in documentaries, from Southern Illinois University.

Nellie Gregorian

Founder and President

Nellie is the founder and president of Fluent Research, a data and insights-driven strategic consulting firm, based in New York City.

 

Nellie has extensive experience in designing and managing research studies informing the development of corporate image and brand positioning, marketing, and communications. She has consulted senior management of global organizations.

 

Nellie has authored academically rigorous impact assessments and evaluations of educational programs and products. She is a frequent speaker at academic, public sector, and marketing conferences.

 

Nellie holds a Master’s degree in public policy and administration from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.

Stefanie Cousins

Vice President, Marketing & Communications

Stefanie is Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Fluent Research where she focuses on the company’s corporate communications, content marketing, design initiatives, and storytelling projects, including the development of video content.

 

As a former journalist, Stefanie brings the unique blend of intellectual rigor and creativity to her work. Before embarking on her marketing and communication’s career, Stefanie was an award-winning news and documentary producer, working with Barbara Walters at ABC News 20/20, investigating stories for NOW with Bill Moyers, and reporting on health and science issues for NYTimes Television.

 

Stefanie holds an MPH from the University of North Carolina’s Gillings School of Global Public Health and a bachelor’s in English and Italian from Middlebury College. She lives in Austin with her family.
